Victoria J. Manougian Tellalian

North Troy Victoria J. Manougian Tellalian, 92, formerly of Marshland Court Troy, died Saturday at Northwoods after a brief illness.
Born in Watervliet, she was daughter of the late George and Mary Gulkasian Manougian and wife of the late James Tellalian. She had resided in the Troy area all her life and was educated at Watervliet High School and Hunter College in New York City.
Mrs. Tellalian was a secretary for the physics department of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for several years retiring in the late 1960's.
She was a member of St. Peter Armenian Apostolic Church in Watervliet and the Daughters of Vartan.
Survivors include her son, Donald J. Tellalian (Barbara) of Newton Center, MA; her grandchildren, Haig and Leslie Tellalian of Wellesley, MA, Rebecca and Glenn Cahaly of Wellesley, MA and her three great grandchildren, Owen and Anna Tellalian and Joseph Paul Cahaly. She was predeceased by her son, Paul Tellalian.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at 11:00am from St. Peter Armenian Apostolic Church 100 Troy-Schenectady Road Watervliet with Rev. Stepanos Doudoukjian, Pastor, officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the church Thursday from 10-11am prior to the service. Interment Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands.
