Marion V. Keenan Beaudoin, 82

Troy Marion V. Keenan Beaudoin, 82, of Saratoga Avenue Mechanicville and formerly of Central Avenue Troy, died Saturday at Samaritan Hospital Troy, after a brief illness.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Michael and Mary Martin Keenan and wife of the late John Joseph Beaudoin. She was forever proud to say she was born in South Troy. She later resided on Central Avenue in Troy for many years and was educated at St. Joseph's School and Troy High School.

Mrs. Beaudoin spent her life joyfully raising her a family. She later worked at Samaritan Hospital in Troy for 25 years. She was a source of eternal joy and inspiration to her entire family.

She was a proud member of Troy Senior Citizens and a communicant of Sacred Heart Church and formerly a very active 40 year member of St. Peter's Church in Troy.

Survivors include three daughters Mary Ann Gaetano and husband Joe of Mechanicville, Patricia Rokjer and husband Mark of Petersburg and Nancy Drosness and husband Paul of Ballston Spa; three sons John J. Beaudoin and wife Gail of Troy, Kenneth P. Beaudoin of Troy and Gerard Beaudoin and wife Linda of Casper WY; a sister Peggy Cook of Watervliet; a brother Michael Keenan of Pawtucket RI; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers Bill (Bucky) Keenan and Frank Keenan and two sisters Mildred Keenan and Rita Farley.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 9:00am from the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. corner of Pawling at Maple Avenues in Troy and at 9:30am from Sacred Heart Church Troy where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9PM. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery in Troy.
