Jane Williams McMann, 101

Troy - Jane Williams McMann, 101, formerly of Troy Garden Apartments, died Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center in Troy after a long illness.

Born in Granville, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Gweno Williams and wife of the late George E. McMann.

She had resided in Granville, raised in Watervliet and was educated at Watervliet High School and Troy Business College.

Mrs. McMann was a homemaker.

She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Watervliet and Troy Women's Club.

She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn (Mrs Stanley) Turner of West Sand Lake; grandchildren, Keith Turner of West Sand Lake, Michael McMann of Stephentown, Joseph McMann of Brunswick and Dani McMann of Ravena; 6 great grandchildren and a niece, Neil Hartley of Arizona. She was predeceased by a son, George E. McMann Jr.; a daughter, Helen D. McMann; a sister, Mary G. McMann and a brother, Gomer E. Williams.

Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family.

Interment Memory's Garden in Colonie.
