Frank A. Jeraci, 76

Lansingburgh Frank A. Jeraci, 76, of Fifth Avenue, died Thursday at his residence after a long illness.

Born in Marina di Gioiosa, Calabria, Italy, he was son of the late Giuseppe and Maria Rosa Ferraro Jeraci and husband of Theresa Febi Jeraci. He came to this country in 1949 to New York City and since 1954 had resided in the Troy area.

Mr. Jeraci owned and operated Frank Jeraci Company in North Troy for 46 years, retiring 4 years ago.

He was honored by the Lansingburgh Rotary as a Paul Harris Fellow. Mr. Jeraci was a member of the Troy Italian Community Center, the Troy Lodge of Elks, the NIABI Club in Warrensburg and was a communicant of St. Augustine's Church in Lansingburgh.

Survivors in addition to his wife include two sons, Joseph L. Jeraci (Carole) of Syracuse and Louis R. Jeraci of Morgan Hill, CA; a daughter, Anna Maria Cortner (Stephen) of North Andover, MA; a brother, Enzo Jeraci of White Plains; five grandchildren, Jessica and Luke Jeraci and Christopher, Maria and Andrew Cortner. Mr. Jeraci was the youngest of eight.

Funeral service will be held Monday at 8:45am from the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. corner of Pawling and Maple Avenues Troy and at 9:30am from St. Augustine's Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 7-9pm and Sunday from 3-7pm. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum in Troy.
