Elizabeth (Liz) (Betty) A. Watters Dahl

TROY: Elizabeth (Liz) (Betty) A. Watters Dahl, died Monday August 22, 2005 at The Springs Nursing Home In Troy.

Born in Sudbury, VT. she was the daughter of the late Amos Marsceill and Marcia (Hurlbert) Marsceill Ryan. Liz resided in Cambridge, NY for many years prior to moving to Troy in April of 2000.

She was employed many years as a waitress, worked for Sherwood Catheter Co. in Argyle, NY and retired from the Cable Wire Co. in Bennington, VT. While in Cambridge, Liz was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Cambridge, NY.

Survivors include: A son, George L. Watters of TN, two daughters, Patricia Watters Bentley (Darwin) of TN, and Rhonda Watters Krall (Glenn) of PA., 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nelphews, and two cousins. She is pre-deceased by her mother and father, 3 sisters, Shirley Briggs, Ursula Ward, and Leida DeCoursey. and one brother, Clarence Marsceill; a daughter Carole G Watters Nichols and her granddaughter Annette Balistreri, whom were killed on Aug. 7, 2005, in a automobile accident in FL.; three grandsons, Donnie Nichols, Grant Bentley, and Scott Bentley.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Liz lived life to the fullest, was a warm and loving person , and will be missed by her family and friends.
