Dear Craig and staff,
We wanted to write you a note to let you know how much we appreciated you and your staff in handling our Dad's services. You were all very patient, respectful, understanding and even humorous, when needed.
We were so happy with the services and will most certainly let others know to call you in their time of need. Thank you again.
Dear Craig and the entire Bryce family and staff,
I just wanted to say how much we appreciated the way you took care of everything for my Dads preparation and funeral.
You caring touch and professionalism is 2nd to none.
Thank You All!
Dear Craig and staff,
Many thanks to you and your staff for the care and attention to the services for my father-in-law. I grew up in Ohio and went to school with someone who still runs his family funeral home, a locally owned and community-minded service - what a difference both of you establishments provide at a difficult time for families. A special thanks to David for making time for me to retrieve my coat an ask how Joseph was doing Blessings.
Thank you and your great staff so much for your excellent family and community centered services. At every point you skillfully “managed” the many challenges a family like ours can present while under emotional and physical stress, maintaining the professional boundaries you know from your long experience are in our best interests, while extending and stretching those boundaries to the limit to create a truly wonderful customer satisfaction.
Suffering three separate losses within 30 days was unimaginable and painful. You and the staff at Bryce helped guide our family through such an awful time. Your compassion and professionalism was greatly appreciated.
Thank you Craig for your kindness, professionalism and guidance as my sisters and I planned our services for our Mom. You and your staff provided great reassurance and support by making the planning process easy, smooth and specific to our Mom. Thank you for working with us as we selected the many photos for the remembrance video. Thank you for your gentle suggestions, redirection when necessary, and attention to detail. You provided great personal care, compassion for our loss and excellent service.
Now that things are settling down I realized that I didn't thank you and David for the wonderful job you did from picking Mom up at the assisted living facility and getting her to Troy. She looked wonderful and I can't thank you and David enough for all your work.
The complete service you provide is the best I've ever seen. It's outstanding and the family does nothing except show up for the viewing and be ready to be picked up for the funeral.
I'm so proud of David for what he's accomplished. He's quite a young man and I know how much it means to you having a nephew take over once you decide to retire.
Again, I can't thank you enough for all you did and have done for our family over the years.
Before the routine of life gets in the way, I wanted to thank you again for the absolutely superb service you, your family, and staff provided. I have never seen such a smooth operation where the details were all covered without the next of kin worrying about what needed to be done next. It was truly well done.
You were absolutely right about the service at the national cemetery. It was wonderful. If you happen to have contact information for the veterans group that provided the color guard, I would appreciate you sending it to me. I would like to thank them again as well as make a donation to their organization.
Thank you again, Craig. You made a very difficult time much, much easier.
I would like to thank you and your staff for all you did for my family as we mourned the loss of our father. You were there for us every step of the way and helped us with our most difficult responsibility. The slide show of the pictures truly was magnificent and enabled us to celebrate his life. It not only was a great comfort to us, but it was a great way for mourners to reminisce and get to know him. Please know how much we appreciate all you did.
On behalf of the Francis - Flemming family I expresses our deep appreciation for your friendship and practical support since our dear Mother's passing last Sunday morning. You answered the phone at 3:30 a.m. as if you were awaiting my call. Since the funeral, our family has often asked the question, "What would we have done without the professional and caring service of Craig Bryce?" Fortunately, we never had to answer that baffling question!
Thank you for the pre-planning advice you gave us. I am so glad that I came to your office in 2013. As expected, every detail was addressed. Your "no-problem-can-do" spirit was always a source of encouragement. Indeed, you actually did "take care of everything" under your control --- an ever decreasing certainty in modern society.
You first cared for a family member who past in 1926. And so -- Our family has decided that we will stick with Bryce Funeral Home for additional 90 years!
God bless you, Craig. With warm, personal regards, we remain,
Bill and Marilyn
Betty and Herb
I just wanted to drop you a short note of thanks for your kindness, support and flexibility for my dad's funeral proceedings yesterday. You and your staff ran an amazingly tight ship, exemplary professionalism, very focused on the details, and so smooth the family didn't have to worry about a thing. Please accept my heart felt thanks for a job extremely well done.
Thank you to Craig and the entire staff for supporting our family during the passing of my 97 year old aunt . During this difficult time, you were available, compassionate, knowledgeable, dependable, patient, flexible, and focused on making the experience one that we will all remember with fondness in the years ahead.
There are not enough words (or languages) to express my gratitude.
This past week seems a dream to me... reality awaits me yet.
Without your support, knowledge and expertise, I would never have made it through. Thank you from the depths of my being.
THE COMMUNITY HOSPICE OF RENSSELAER COUNTY HOME HEALTH AIDES FIELD TRIP
June 19, 2014
Craig, Thank you for hosting the Community Hospice Home Health Aides at the funeral home today. I think the ladies really enjoyed it. The 'field trip' made their required monthly education exciting and the valuable information you provided will surely help them and the families we serve. It was an hour well spent!
Dear Craig and Staff, The children of Jerome and Edith Hunt want to Thank You for all your hard work and the great job you have done for us. You make an emotionally difficult time in life organized, calm and a smooth transition of passage. It was the attention to detail that made the difference. You took a load off the family's burden which you handled with respect and excellence. We are very pleased to recommend your services! A very Happy and Healthy 2014 to you and your staff. Best Regards and God Bless.
From the moment my sister, my husband and I met you earlier this week, right up to departing from the cemetery yesterday, you and your staff delivered the utmost professional product. In addition you gifted our family with compassion, understanding, and respect for every one of us and our grief as we laid our Aunt to rest. I want you to know this because I've previously dealt with funeral homes that don't come near this mark of excellence. Your motto, "How we do our work, matters" struck me in the beginning as a grand goal to strive for. In the Process of this funeral your proved that you mean it. This meant everything to me. It has been a pleasure for our family to be associated with you through this very painful and emotional time. 'Thank you' seems inadequate but I know it means a lot, so thank you, from all of us.
Words cannot express our gratitude and our heartfelt thanks for all you have done for my family. God gave you a calling-- and it comes out in the way in which you present our loved ones. It takes a kind, caring, and compassionate individual to do the kind of work you do and to show such detail on an individual basis. You go out of your way to make sure families are pleased with the work you do. I will always be forever in your debt.
Where to begin? With the wonderfully caring way in which you handled Daddy's funeral arrangements? With your attention to detail? With your fantastic sense of humor at a time when humor is not expected but greatly appreciated? I would have to say all of the above. As you are well aware, this is the first time that I had to deal with a death of someone so close to me. I was apprehensive, nervous about making the right decisions and very, very sad. You led me in all the right directions and guided me so well. You put me at ease and helped me vanquish all my fears. For that, I will be forever thankful.
Our family wants to thank you so much for your guidance at this time. You are awesome. The Lord is certainly using you to make these times less difficult. Our assurance of our faith continues to be a blessing and your caring was also a blessing.
Our family would like to "Thank-You" from the bottom of our hearts for the way our mom's service was handled. You made everyone feel so comfortable at a very sad time for us. Other people whom attended also commented on how well everything was handled. Thanks so much for having such patience with our family on some of the decision-making parts and for putting up with our sense of humor. I guess it helps at a time like this to have a little of that. Till we meet again.
I wanted to say my own personal thank-you for how you and your staff handled our mother's funeral arrangements. You made a very difficult time a little bit lighter and easier. The DVD montage is something I will treasure forever.
Thank you for your services at my father's death. I didn't worry about anything you were supposed to take care of! Thank you. And thank you for your personal care of us, from the time Dad and I first sat with you to your presence at the memorial service. The DVD is a treat - my cousins were all impressed. So thank you again.
Your personal concern and attention to detail made the week leading up to my mother's funeral much easier for all of us. The service for mom was gracious and beautiful. Your calming presence was a great comfort. Thank you. I hope our paths cross again - under different circumstances.
Thank you so much for guiding me and my family through mom's passing. You bring comfort and peace to a troubling time - such a great gift! I am sure our paths will cross again - until then peace, health and happiness to you.
Thank you for doing such an excellent job in the arrangements for my mother's funeral services. All preparations were done efficiently, timely and in a professional manner. It was greatly appreciated. The slide show was a great way to display memories of my mom, and the fact that others can view it at your website is an added gift. Thanks again!
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
