Rest in peace Michael. To Karin, Mark, Adam, Paul and to my dearest Ruth I am so sorry for your loss. It was such a pleasure to take care of Ruth and Michael, thank you for giving me that opportunity. I will miss him and his great smile and him singing to us. May God bless Ruth and all of you during this tough time.

Dear Ruth, Karin, Paul, Mark, Adam, family members and friends,

It was my privilege to meet Mike in the late 60's as a guest at the family home on Pinewoods Avenue. My own father, like Mike, was a member of Tom Brokaw's "Greatest Generation," and they shared much the same set of values when it came to family and work. These values insured success in both endeavors.

Mike made the most of the opportunities afforded to him in life, and although now gone from our midst, Mike will remain a source of inspiration for all those left to mourn his loss. Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of a good man.

Aunt Ruth, Paul, Karen, Mark, Adam & extended family: It is with sincere sadness that I have learned of the passing of your father. I have very fond childhood memories of both your parents that I cherish in my heart. I am sure that your mother is very saddened by this because even though they could sometimes be considered the "Bickerson's" they truly loved each other. My best to all of you.
