Dorothy A. Bisner (Morrissey) Yaiser

Brunswick - Dorothy A Morrissey Bisner Yaiser. 92 passed away on Wednesday. May 10, 2017 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Edward Morrissey and Mary Isabella Hughs Morrissey. She was predeceased by her late husbands; Louis H. Hansen, Jr., Henry M. Bisner and Thorton W. Yaiser and loving best friend Donald Allard.

She lived most of her life in Troy. Attended Troy Schools: St. Peter's Academy. Catholic Central and Troy Business College. She left Troy for a brief time while she served in the U.S. Navy. She worked at the Peerless Company and Denby's in the credit department. She also worked for Prestige Silver Co. and Family Record Plan. Her last job was with World Book. But her most rewarding job was raising her four children.

She is survived by her children, Michael H. Bisner (Kerri), Henry M. Bisner (Nancy Mackay), Sharon A. Bisner (Ken Bornhorst) and sister-in-law, Barbara Strubel. She was predeceased by her daughter, Patricia Bisner Ede and her brothers James Morrissey, Peter Strubel and Robert Strubel.

She also left behind the joys of her life, Jason R. Bornhorst, Robert Henry Bisner Bornhorst, Matthew Kenneth Bornhorst and Colin Austin Ede, as well as Dusty and Charlie her feline companions.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc.  276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 4-7 PM. 

Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 9 AM at the  funeral home  Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy and at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Victory Church Troy where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated
by Rev. Randall Patterson, Pastor.

Interment  will be in  St. Mary's Cemetery Troy.
