North Greenbush - Shirley Jean Bell Hill, 85, died Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Van Rensselaer Manor. Born in Middlebury, VT, she was daughter of the late Albert Edward Bell and Florence Brior Bell. Relatives and friends are invited to the graveside service which will be held at Elmwood Hill Cemetery Belle Avenue Troy on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 2PM.
