Shirley J. (Cobbett) Goodbred Burr

Hoosick Falls - Shirley J. Goodbred Burr, 92, died Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Danforth Adult Care Center in Hoosick Falls.

Born in Brockton, MA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Eugene Cobbett and Florence Washburn Cobbett. She was raised in Brockton, MA and resided in Troy and Amsterdam and was educated in Brockton, MA.

Shirley was a home health aid for an agency in Albany for 10 years.

She enjoyed doing crafts and playing bingo.    

Survivors include her children, John (Susan) Goodbred, Jodie (Timothy) O'Connell, Lisa Goodbred, Frank (Georgianna) Goodbred, and Robert Carr; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The will be no services.
