Sherry (Simmons) Kosarovich

Latham - Sherry Kosarovich, 76 of Latham passed from this life on April 29, 2024 after a battle with Lymphoma. Sherry was the daughter of the late Henry Simmons and Dorothy Simmons of Maplewood. Sherry is survived by her son Richard P. Kosarovich of Wynantskill and the love of her life, James A. Hiney of Latham.

Sherry was the step-mother to Stephen J. Arden (Kathleen) of Loudonville and the late James W. Arden of Albany and grandmother to Caeley and Ryan Arden.

Sherry was a graduate of Catholic Central High School and Mildred Elley School of Business. She was employed by Marine Midland Bank/HSBC and then as business manager of Walter G. Hiney, Inc. (Wise snack distributor) of Wynantskill, and director of the Wise Ladies Program for the Wise Foods Distributors Association.

Sherry loved traveling and exploring new places. She especially loved decorating for Christmas, Easter, and planting spring flowers. She loved RPI hockey and was a season ticket holder for over 24 years.
