Rose A. (Casorelli) Seyboth

Troy - Rose A. Seyboth, 102, died Friday, June 16, 2023, at her  residence after a long illness, surrounded by her loving family. 

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Rocco Casorelli and Carmela  DeBonis Casorelli and wife of the late Donald D. Seyboth, Sr. She had  resided in Troy all her life and attended Troy High School. 

Rose was employed at Cluett, Peabody & Company for 10 years, after high school as a shirt ironer and past president of the PTA at School 10. 

Rose was an avid traveler with her husband Don and her three sisters. She was a member of the Pawling Avenue United Methodist Church and a volunteer at the American Red Cross and Samaritan Hospital.

Survivors include two sons, Donald D. (Susan) Seyboth, Jr, Huntington  Beach, CA and Robert M. (JoAnne) Seyboth, Harvest, AL; her  grandchildren, Jason, Kara and Joshua Seyboth and Rocco and Michael  Seyboth, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was  predeceased by her siblings, Marie Higgins, Anthony J. and Savina Casorelli, Sally S. Breen and Josephine F. Higgins.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276  Pawling Avenue Troy on Friday, June 23, 2023 from 10AM-12 Noon with a funeral service at 12 Noon with Rev. Karyl Hopp, officiating. 

Interment will be in Memory Gardens Colonie.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Rose A. Seyboth to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
