Julia Marie Bruno

Wynantskill - Julia Marie Bruno, 18, died suddenly Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at her residence.

Born in Troy, she was the daughter of Amy Brennan Burt and Jason Michael Bruno and her stepfather,  Brandon Burt. She had resided in Wynantskill most of her life and was a 2025 graduate of Averill Park High School.

Julia was a teachers aide at Maple Leaf Daycare in Halfmoon.  She enjoyed shopping and hanging out with friends. 

Survivors in addition to her parents include her aunts and uncles, Jessica (PJ) Colvin and Dominick S. (Danielle) Brennan; her maternal grandparents, Mary Felicia (John) May; her paternal grandparents, Noreen and Bill Bruno; her step grandparents, Lorene and John Burt and several additional aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was predeceased by her father, Jason Michael Bruno; two uncles, William P. Brennan Sr. and John E. Brennan and her maternal grandfather, William P. Brennan, Jr.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Sunday, November 30, 2025 from 3-6 PM.

Funeral service will be held Monday at 9:30AM at the funeral home with Rev. Steve Matthews, officiating.

Interment will be in  St. John the Baptist Cemetery Valatie.
