Cohoes - Judith D. Wagner Duncan, 63, died Saturday, January 1, 2022, at her residence after a long illness.
Born in Cohoes, she was daughter of the late James Wagner and Shirley Konifka Wagner and wife for 23 years of Jack A. Duncan. She had resided in Cohoes all her life and was a graduate of Cohoes High School and a local hairstyling school.
Judy was a waitress for Smith's of Cohoes for many years, retiring 16 years ago and prior to that worked at the Cohoes Public Library.
She was a member of the Cohoes American Legion, Polish National Alliance and Polish American Alliance in Cohoes.
Survivors in addition to her husband include her step-children, Kristen Duncan, Watervliet, JJ Duncan, Albany and Elizabeth Duncan, Albany; two sisters,.Sheree Seabast (Rick), Cohoes and Ruth (late Ron) Pintus, Rensselaer and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, James Wagner.
Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Face covering and social distancing are required.
