Brunswick - Henry C. Morgan, 80, passed away peacefully at home and into the presence of the Lord in the early morning hours of Sunday, November 23, 2025, after a long illness.
Born in Albany, he was son of the late Evelyn Thompson Morgan. He had resided in the Troy area all his life and attended Troy public schools.

Growing up, he enjoyed mowing lawns and shoveling snow for his neighbors. He was also very proud of his painting by numbers collection, having completed over 20 beautiful projects. Most of all, he loved being on his property in Grafton, affectionately known as his “Ponderosa”.
Survivors include two nephews, Douglas Rider, Troy and David (Patti) Rider, Glenmont; a grand niece, Kelly Rider and a grand nephew, Kevin Rider and a stepdaughter, Allison Kirchner. He was predeceased by two sisters, Marian Ruth Rider and Phyllis A. Morgan.
Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Samaritan Hospital for their patience and care during his frequent visits this past year.
The family is also very grateful for the care and companionship provided to Hank from Beth, Kamryn, Khia, Jessica, and Tena which allowed him to return to the comfort of his home and live in a loving environment.
