Faith Linda (Meersand) Sullo

Albany - Faith L. Meersand Sullo  passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 85. 

Faith was born in Brooklyn, New York, and was raised in Warrensburg, New York. She was a farmer for many years but went on to earn her Culinary and Hotel Management Degree at Schenectady County Community College.

She is survived by her son, Pat Sullo, daughter in-law, Nancy Rodriguez, her daughters Julee Hastings, Lynda Hastings, and Teresina Sullo; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; her sisters, Cookie Esworthy and Debbie Terreros, and many nieces and nephews. Faith was preceded in death by her three brothers, Dwight, Louis, and Joe. 

Faith was very creative. She enjoyed cooking for her family, and on many occasions helped her family decorate and redesign their homes. As a passionate animal lover, Faith considered her many pets over the years as part of the family. They gave her much love, entertainment, and companionship. She encouraged her family to adopt animals.

Faith will be missed by her family and friends.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc.  276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 11 AM - 1PM with a funeral service following at 1PM with Rev. Jim Knapp, officiating. 

Interment will be in  Eagle Mills Cemetery.
