Elizabeth L. (Seperack) LeRoy

Colonie - Elizabeth L. (Seperack) LeRoy, 61, died Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Albany Medical Center Hospital.

Born in Bridgeport, CT, she was daughter of the late Reinhold Seperack and Marjorie Lundahl Seperack. She was raised in Camillus, NY and resided in the Albany area since 1993. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University at Bloomington and her Teachers Credentials from the College of Saint Rose.

Beth was a teaching assistant in the English as a New Language (ENL) class for Sand Creek Middle School in the South Colonie School District for the past 6 years and worked tirelessly to ensure students who were new to the country had the resources they needed to succeed in school.

Beth was also an accomplished piano player who gave lessons to school-aged children and worked for many years as an event pianist. She was also an active congregant at Redeemer Church in Albany.

Survivors include a daughter, Jessica (Fiancé Nicholas Cerbone) LeRoy; a son, Jonathan "Jack" LeRoy, Jr. and a brother, Michael Seperack.

Funeral service will be held at Redeemer Church - Albany Campus 183 Schoolhouse Rd Albany, NY on February 27, 2026 at 1pm. Calling hours will be from 11am-1pm, prior to the service.
