William Long

William C. Long, 80

Albany William C. Long, 80, of Northern Boulevard, died Tuesday at Samaritan Hospital, after a long illness.

Born in Troy, he was son of the late William A. and Ruth I. Penyluna Long. He had resided in Troy most of his life and was educated at Troy schools.

Survivors include his sister Ruth Mulholland and husband Frederic of North Greenbush; three nephews Mark F. Mulholland Lt. Col. USAF Ret. of Virginia, Rev. David W. Mulholland of Vermont and Bruce M. Mulholland of KY; a grand niece and two grand nephews Ashley Lynn and Michael Mulholland both of KY Liam Mulholland of Vermont and several cousins.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00AM from Bryce Funeral Home Inc. corner of Pawling at Maple Avenue Troy with Rev. David Mulholland, nephew of William, officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10-11am prior to the service. Interment Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy.
