Rosemary Fox, 68

Troy - Rosemary Fox, 68,of Crockett Avenue, died Monday, March 19, 2007 at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy after a long illness.

Born in Troy, she was the daughter of Anna (Elvins) Fox Crusius of Troy and the late Martin Fox and step daughter of the late Harold J. Crusius.

She had resided in Troy and Menands all her life and was educated at Troy High School graduating with high honors.

Rosemary was employed at New York Telephone Company for 35 years retiring in 1991 as an executive secretary.

She was an active member of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Green Island for many years. She was also a member of United Methodist Women, Pastor Parish, New York Telephone Pioneers and Green Island Senior Citizens. Rosemary had many hobbies including horseback riding, traveling, ceramics and the telephone company bowling leagues.

Survivors in addition to her devoted mother include a brother, Alfred J. Fox of Albany.

Funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy with Jane Jessup Mayer, chaplain for Community Hospice of Rensselaer County. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 4-7 PM. Interment Memory's Garden in Colonie.
