Pearl L. Warner (Conklin) Jones, 76

East Greenbush- Pearl L. Warner (Conklin) Jones, 76, died Friday, May 19, 2006 at Evergreen Commons in East Greenbush after a long illness.

Born in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late Noble Warner and Elsie (Ferry) Conklin, adopted daughter of the late George Conklin and wife of the late James Jones.

She was raised and educated in Bridgeport, CT and resided in the Troy area for the past 12 years.

Mrs. Jones was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a lifelong homemaker with a passion for the sports of wrestling and baseball. She will be remembered for her countless smiles and for her love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ .

She was a member of Hope United Methodist Church in Eagle Mills, Hudson Neighborhood Crime Watch and the Troy Senior Center.

She is survived by several sons and daughters, James Jones (Betty)of Hopewell Junction, NY, Frederick Jones of Hudson, Theresa Lyke (Steven) of Troy, Nancy Baker of East Greenbush, John Jones of MA, Barbara Jones of Amenia, NY, William Jones (Laurie) of OK and Daniel Jones (Amy) of Hudson; 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, a sister, Ida Fry of Danbury, CT; several late sisters and a late brother and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, Edward Jones and Millard Stuart Jones.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the Hope United Methodist Church 566 Brunswick Road Eagle Mills with Rev. David Martin, Pastor, officiating.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Monday from 4-7 PM.

Interment Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Jones to the Rubin Dialysis Center 1850 Peoples Avenue Troy, NY 12180.
