Pittstown - Paul E. Folmsbee, 73, of Keefe Road Pittstown died Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at Samaritan Hospital after a long illness.
Born in Troy, he was son of the late Harold Folmsbee and Margaret Kelly Folmsbee and husband for 53 years of Loreen Wagner Folmsbee. He resided in Pittstown most of his life and was a graduate of Tamarac High School.
Paul worked with his brother and best friend, the late Roger Folmsbee, at Folmsbee Transportation for 45 years.
He was a member of American Model Association and enjoyed flying remote airplanes as well as building and racing remote controlled cars. He also enjoyed NASCAR, hunting and motorcycles, but most of all the children he transported in Berlin while working at Folmsbee Transportation.
Survivors in addition to his wife include a daughter, Barbara (Joseph) Delamater; a son, Joseph Folmsbee; six grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Roger S. and H. Raymond Folmsbee and a sister, Joan Wilcox.
Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 4-7 PM.
Funeral service will be held Monday, November 26, 2018 at 11 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Karyl Hopp, officiating.
Interment will be in Eagle Mills Cemetery Eagle Mills.
