Nicolina Helen Tagliarini Carucci, 94

Troy - Nicolina Helen Tagliarini Carucci, 94, of Fifteenth Street died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at Van Rensselaer Manor after a brief illness.

Born in Italy, she was daughter of the late Calogero Tagliarini and Maria DiMartini Tagliarini and wife of the late Aldo Carucci. She moved to Troy in the 1920's and returned to Italy in the 1940's, returning to Troy in 1962.

She was a communicant of St. Anthony Shrine Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Patrizia Carucci Interdonato and son-in-law, Giovanni, Toronto; daughter-in-law, Nancy Carucci, Troy; four grandchildren, Enza Interdonato, Erik Carucci, Ian (Paula) Carucci and Jean Carucci; three great grandchildren , Anthony and Vincent Carucci and Peter Smith and many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Michael Angelo Maurizio Carucci and six brothers and sisters.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Saturday from 9- 10:30AM.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11AM at St. Anthony Shrine Church Troy where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery Troy.

The family wishes to thank the staff of the Van Rensselaer Manor for their care of Helen.
