Maze Morgan Daily , 101

Troy Maze Morgan Daily , 101 ,of Troy, died Friday, April 23, 2004 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy after a brief illness. He was a man of strong faith, active in weekly Bible study and worship until his death and was last in worship on Easter Sunday. He faithfully prayed for the needs of many.

Born in Coldwater, MS, he was the son of the late Maze Daily and Clyde Hawkins Daily and husband of the late Marie Eva Sievers Daily.

He had resided, the past 18 years, at Beechwood Apartments and the Terrace at the Eddy in Troy and was educated at LIFE Bible College in Los Angeles.

Mr. Daily was a Pastor of several churches in several states, many years ago and a postal worker for many years in Los Angeles and Santa Monica retiring in 1967.

He served in the Navy on a submarine out of Long Beach, CA.

Survivors include a daughter Rachel Heintz (Harry) of Troy; and two granddaughters, Teressa Heintz Bala (Rajiv) of Rochester and Lisa Heintz of New York City and two great-grandsons, Brennan Daily Bala and Evan James Bala. He was predeceased by brother, Max Daily and a sister, Clay Daily.

A service of the Resurrection will be held Sunday, April 25, 2004 at 3:00 PM at the Brunswick Church 42 White Church Lane with Kate Kotfila and Chris Garrison, officiating. A calling hour will be held at the church from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, prior to the service.

Interment in Brookside Cemetery in Brunswick will follow.
