Mary Alice Dwyer

Mary Alice Dwyer, 72 Troy Mary Alice Dwyer, at the age of 72 entered peacefully into eternal rest on August 10, 2001 at Samaritan Hospital Troy. Born to John J. and Margaret A. Griffa. She was a life long resident of Troy and was the beloved wife of Eugene Dwyer for 43 years. She was educated in the Troy school system and was employed by the Fleet Bank Corporation Tax Division until her retirement in 1990. Survivors in addition to her husband include three daughters Marilyn Patti-Ely and husband Phillip of San Diego, CA, Roslyn Patti-Hennessy and husband Paul of Wynantskill and Kathleen Dwyer-Murphy and husband John of Gales Ferry, CT; a son John M. and wife Myra Patti of Belton, SC; 5 grandchildren and one great grandson. She was predeceased by her loving sister Margaret "Peggy" T. Conway. A memorial service will be held Tuesday August 14, 2001 at 11:00am at St. Michael's the Archangel Roman Catholic Church Williams Road North Greenbush. Contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Dwyer to The Community Hospice of Rensselaer County 295 Valley View Blvd. Rensselaer, NY 12144.
