Marion E. Leffler Tyll, 79

Troy Marion E. Leffler Tyll, 79, of Cortland Street, died peacefully Saturday, April 5, 2003, at St. Mary's Hospital Troy, surrounded by her family.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Frank and Maude Brewer Leffler and beloved wife for 41years of John E. Tyll. She was a resident of Troy all her life and attended Troy schools.

Mrs. Tyll was a school monitor for the Troy City School District at Troy High School for over 25 years, retiring 8 years ago. She was popular among students and the faculty.

She was an avid collector of dolls from all over the world and loved shopping, especially at flea markets. She was a member of the C.S.E.A.

Survivors in addition to her husband include her cherished children Lori Conley (Frank) of Troy, Joseph Sciotti (Shirley) of Watervliet, Leonard Sciotti (Jane) of Rensselaer, Chris Caruso (Mike) of Maplewood, Luanne Sciotti of Troy and Dominick Sciotti of Albany; her grandchildren Erin Conley, Gerri Molyn, Staci Hogeboom, Nicole Sciotti, Jeannette Ketcham, Jeffrey and Nicholas Sciotti and Michelle and Michael Caruso and several great grandchildren. She was also a close friend of Sheila Kordana of Troy and John Dundon III of Wynantskill. She was predeceased by two brothers Bill and Frank 'Bud' Leffler.

A Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday at 9:30am at Our Lady of Victory Church North Lake Avenue Troy. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. corner of Pawling Avenue at Maple Avenue Troy on Tuesday from 5-8PM.
