Marion Mackay Bibb, 84

Troy Marion Mackay Bibb, 84, of Burdett Avenue and formerly of Brunswick Hills, died Sunday at Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center Troy, after a long illness.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Cornwell and Anna Birkby Mackay and wife for 60 years of Dr. Arthur Bibb Jr. She had resided in the Troy area all of her life and was educated at Troy High School.

Mrs. Bibb was homemaker.

She was a member of the Samaritan Hospital Auxiliary, Troy Boys Club Auxiliary, Salvation Army Auxiliary, Troy Lions Club and the Country Club of Troy. She was an avid golfer.

Survivors in addition to her husband two daughters, Sandra Ladd (Lenwood) of Palm Coast, FL and Gail Vogel (Thomas) of Latham; a brother, Donald Mackay (Joan) of Largo, FL; four grandchildren, Derek Ladd of Fall River, MA, Darcy Ladd of Palm Coast, FL and Stacy and Megan Vogel both of Latham. She was predeceased by a sister, Jean Brown.

Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Interment Oakwood Cemetery in Troy.
