Madalin H. (German) Rider

Wynantskill - Madalin H. Rider,  died September 26, 2016 , at  Ludder's Country Home in West Sand Lake after a long illness.

Born in Jewitt, NY, she was daughter of the late Henry German and Cecil  Brocket German and wife of the late Richard P.  Rider, who she married in 1941. She was a graduate of Hunter Tannersville High School in 1939 and was resident of Wynantskill for many years.

Madalin was a homemaker.   

Survivors include her children, Thomas Rider, Jean Vincent and James (Susan) Rider;  4 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

A private graveside service was held in Eagle Mills Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff of Ludder’s Country Home for their wonderful care.
