Lillian Mae Eaton Kettlewood, 93

East Greenbush - Lillian Mae Eaton Kettlewood, 93,of Hilltop Road, died Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Evergreen Commons in East Greenbush. Lillian's soul left its earthly body early Sunday morning to join the Lord's congregation of the faithful departed in heaven.

Born in Averill Park, she was the daughter of the late William Eaton and Ethel (Vandenburgh) Eaton and wife of the late Charles L. Kettlewood Sr.

She was raised in Troy and resided in East Greenbush since 1952 and was educated at Troy schools.

Mrs. Kettlewood was a homemaker.

She was a member of the East Greenbush United Methodist Church and a former church soloist, which was a very important and enjoyable part of her life.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda (William) Muller of Rensselaer; two sons, Charles L. Kettlewood Jr. of East Greenbush and David R. (Patricia) Kettlewood of East Greenbush; a sister, Edith Teal of Schodack and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Eaton and two sisters, Alice Eaton and Eleanor Malone.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday evening at 5:30 PM at the DeGraaf-Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 4392 Route 150 West Sand Lake.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 4-5:30 PM prior to the service.

Interment Woodlawn Cemetery in East Schodack.
