Julia R. Pszeniczny Goyer, 68 Troy Julia R. Pszeniczny Goyer, 68, of Highland Avenue, former Leonard Hospital employee, died Wednesday at Samaritan Hospital Troy after a brief illness. She was the loving wife of Norman P. Goyer. Born in Troy, she was daughter the late Anthony J. and Julia Rosia Pszeniczny- often referred to as "Prince". She was a resident of Troy her entire life. Julia was educated in Troy schools and employed many years ago as a nurse's aide at St. Mary's Hospital. She later worked in the radiology department of the Leonard Hospital as transporter, retiring in 1986. Julia loved animals of all kinds and bird's. Her hobby was Polka music attending concerts frequently and dancing the Polka. In addition to her husband she is survived by one son David J. Goyer of Cohoes; two sisters Mary T. Guzek and Catherine Tokarz both of Cohoes; two grandsons Andrew Goyer of Cohoes and Jeffrey Goyer of Nazareth, PA and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister Helen A. House. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 9:30am from the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy and at 10:00am from Holy Trinity Church 637 Fourth Street Troy where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 5-8pm. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery in Troy. Contributions may be made in memory of Julia to the Mohawk-Hudson River Humane Society, Oakland Ave. Menands 12204 or to the charity of one's choice.
