John F. 'Jack' Mowbray, 55

Wynantskill - John F. 'Jack' Mowbray, 55, died Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy after a brief illness.

Born in Buffalo, NY, he was son of the late Charles and Ruth Olschke Mowbray.

He had resided on Bald Mountain Road in Brunswick for several years and in Wynantskill for the past 7 months.

Jack was a security guard for Albany Medical Center and later for Crossgates Mall.

He enjoyed model trains and watching the cooking channel and had a deep appreciation for music especially Motown.

He is survived by his former wife, caregiver and best friend, Susan B. Hartnagle of Wynantskill and his children, Lindsay, Meghan, Ryan and Ashley Mowbray all of Troy.

Funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy with Rev. Karyl Hopp, officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 5-7 PM. Interment Evergreen Cemetery in Wynantskill.
