John R. Coonradt, 57

Menands - John R. Coonradt, 57, of Village One Apartments Menands died suddenly Thursday, June 17, 2010, at Albany Memorial Hospital.

Born in Troy, he was son of Norma J. Gailey Coonradt of Wynantskill. He had resided in Wynantskill for most of his life and was a graduate of Troy High School class of 1971 and Hudson Valley Community College for psychology.

John was a shop foreman for CMP Industries in Albany for the past 5 years.

He enjoyed paint ball with his cousin, Dan Roseberger and was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan.

Survivors in addition to his mother include two brothers, Wayne (Pat) Coonradt of Troy and Scott (Joy) Coonradt of West Sand Lake; a sister, Starr (Daryl) Hughes of Troy; a niece, Kacilyn Ritrovato; two nephews, Zachary T. Coonradt and TJ Hughes; an uncle, Bob Roseberger and several cousins.

Funeral service will be held Monday at 7 PM at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4-7PM prior to the service.
