I hadn't seen Janice in years until May 13th of this year when I was helping our garden club get ready for our plant sale. She came out of the Salem Church and we immediately recognized each other, hugged and reminisced promising to meet for coffee some time soon. She was so happy and smiling as I always remember her. Her dad was a very close friend as was her brother Jimmy for many years and I'll always remember that infectious smile and the kindness she had in her heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to heer family and those friends she has met along the way. Rest in peace sweet girl.

Janice, you were my childhood best friend. We spent our days riding bikes on the back road, swimming, jumping rope, your German Shepherd "Rogue" always by our side. Those were the days...no worries or cares. Your mom always made us spaghettios for lunch! You had an inner "Grace" that glowed so brightly then and even with all you have been through I still see it in your eyes and smile.
May you be at peace my sweet friend. You may be gone but never forgotten. Until we meet again. Love you, Terri

I only knew Janice through a Senegal Parrot Pets page on Facebook, but was touched by her courage and determination throughout her recent life challenges. She seemed like a lovely woman and her sudden passing was a loss to many of her Facebook friends.
Several people on the Senegal Parrot Pets Facebook page have offered to help find a new home for Janice's Senegal parrot, Montgomery, if necessary. Anyone needing information may contact me directly at the e-mail address above. May you rest in peace, Janice.

She was a real sweet lady, always ready to lend an ear and support...a big, boisterous laugh that always reminded me of my Aunt Joan. An old soul with a good heart who strove to be positive and try and lift others up. She was loved by so many and will be missed, but never forgotten. YaYa, Janice, and RIP; we'll keep your visions alive!

What a pretty picture of Janice, I'm so sorry to lose her. I last saw her last year when I was home visiting WSL, and she took my Dad, my son, and I around for a little tour of the old firehouse. I will always remember her since childhood as such a positive, friendly gal.

Janice and I reconnected many years ago, when she moved back to the area.
We became reaquainted through her Ya-Ya sisterhood group.
So glad she was moving on in a positive direction.
Sorry though for her passing (to soon ) before she could see her goals of " moving on" transpire . She always had a smile and was there to lend a volunteering hand . Regardless of what she was going through!
Rest in peace Janice you will be missed by many.
