James A. Wilcox

Waterford - James A. Wilcox, 98, died Thursday, December 01, 2016, at Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Cohoes, he was son of the late James A. Wilcox Jr. and Edna Williams Wilcox and husband of the late Elizabeth  Geldhill Wilcox. He was raised and educated in Cohoes.

Jim was a truck driver for Tobin Packing Company in Albany and a WWII  Marine Corps veteran.  

Survivors include his adopted daughter, Patricia Cappolla, FL; his granddaughter, Michelle (James) Butler, Troy; 2 great grandsons, James (DeLisa) Berry, Waterford and Robert Berry, Troy; and his great, great grandchildren, Adin, Dymien, Wyatt, Mikaela and  Soleilonna. He was predeceased by his brother, Robert Wilcox and, son,  James Wilcox IV

Visitation at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc.  276 Pawling AvenueTroy on Monday, December 05, 2016 from 11AM - 12:30 PM prior to the service at 12:30PM.

Interment will be in  Memory Gardens Colonie.
