Isabel E. 'Belle' Kelly, 84

West Sand Lake Isabel E. 'Belle' Kelly, 84, of Route 150, died Wednesday at Albany Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Frank Piscitelli and Madeline Mangini Fisher and wife of the late Francis J. Kelly. She was raised in Troy, had resided in West Sand Lake since 1955 and was educated at Troy schools.

Mrs. Kelly was a self employed hairdresser and beautician operating Belle's Beauty Salon at route 150 and 43 in West Sand Lake for many years retiring in 1990.

She was secretary of the local hairdressers association and a member of the Troy Lodge of Elks Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid bowler and a member of the Troy Classic League, No-name Mixed League, and Green Island Classic League.

Survivors include two sisters, Josephine Canfield of Troy and Frances Roselli of Watervliet; a brother, John Fisher of Ft Lauderdale, FL and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Rose Evans and Maryann Fisher and two brothers James and Frank Fisher.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:00am from St. Henry's Church Old Route 66 in Averill Park where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Relatives and friends may call at the church from 9:30-10am prior to the service.

Interment St. Mary's Cemetery in Troy.
