Elizabeth Beaudoin Finelli, 82

Troy- Elizabeth Beaudoin Finelli, 82, of Pawling Avenue died August 15, 2008 at her home after a brief illness.

Born in Watervliet, she was daughter of the late George Porter Beaudoin and Emma Flemming Beaudoin and wife of the late Frank Anthony Finelli.

She was a graduate of Watervliet Schools and spent the last 55 years in Troy.

Betty had several jobs throughout her life working for Covert Manufacturing, the Watervliet Arsenal, the Troy Theater, and Proctors in Troy. For 55 years she was homemaker to her husband and children.

Betty enjoyed playing lottery games and taking trips to Racino. She also looked forward to her annual summer trips to Maine, but most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved her cat 'Cookie' Finelli.

Survivors include her devoted daughter, Maria C. (Jerry Woitkoski) Finelli who resided with her mother in Troy; three sons, Francis A. Finelli of Watervliet, George T. (Betty) Finelli of Watervliet, Joseph C. (Dawn) Finelli of Poestenkill; 4 grandchildren, Nicole M. Finelli, Angelina E. Finelli, Amanda M. Finelli and Joseph A. Finelli and a great grandson, Maximus C Remington, a brother, Gene (Lois) Beaudoin of Latham, and a sister, Rita (Otto) Rausch of Watervliet as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Stella Connors, Esther Filuta, Helen Beaudoin and brothers, George, Robert, Raymond and William Beaudoin. She also had several sisters and brothers in-law.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 9:00 AM at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Ave Troy and at 9:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church 310 Spring Ave in Troy where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 4-7PM. Interment will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery in Troy.
