Elaine Marie Fasoldt, 42

Milford , CT Elaine Marie Fasoldt, 42, of Foxwood Lane, died suddenly Wednesday at home.

Born in Amsterdam, NY she was daughter of Robert J. Fasoldt and the late Marguerite A. Nichols Fasoldt. She was raised in Averill Park and was a graduate of Averill Park High School class of 1979 and Hudson Valley Community College.

Elaine was an executive administrator at Bayer Corporation in New Haven, CT for the past 14 years. Prior to that she worked in the Infectious Disease Department at Albany Medical Center before relocating to Connecticut to accept a position at Myles Laboratories.

Elaine's initial duties at Bayer included work within the experimental drug development division and she later transferred to the oncology division. She also coordinated all business affairs of the Bayer Corporation between Frankfurt Germany and New Haven.

Survivors in addition to her father include two sisters, Barbara Albanese (Anthony) of Scotia and Carol Fasoldt of West Sand Lake; two brothers, James Fasoldt (Joni) of Averill Park and Thomas D. Fasoldt (Flora) of Averill Park; four nephews, Timothy Albanese and Matthew, Andrew and John Fasoldt; two nieces , Kalan and Jamie Fasoldt and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:00pm from St. Jude the Apostle Church Brookside Avenue Wynantskill where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Relatives and friends may call at the church Sunday from 12-2 PM.

Interment Our Lady Help of Christians in Glenmont.
