Edith (Eaton) Teal

Palatka, FL - Edith Eaton Teal, 98, of Zeagler Drive  Palatka died Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Haven Hospice Palatka, after a long illness.
Born on Burden Lake, she was daughter of the late William Eaton and Ethel VanDenburgh Eaton and wife of the late Walter H. Teal. She was raised in Troy and resided in East Greenbush, Luther and for many years in Schodack before moving to Florida.  Edith was a homemaker and a member of United Methodist Church of East Greenbush.  

Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Waring, Palatka, FL; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her son, Sam Smith and siblings, Joseph Eaton,  Eleanor Malone,  Alice Bacon and Lillian Kettlewood.

Funeral service private.  Contributions to the Capital City Rescue Mission PO Box 1999, 259 South Pearl Street Albany, NY 12202.
