Much love to the Waters Family. Don's daughter Tanya is like a sister to me. The two of them had a special relationship that I always admired. We know your dad is looking down on you, proud of the wonderful daughter, mother, and woman that you are.

I was shocked in saddened when I learned of Donny's passing. I considered him a good friend and loved talking politics and hockey whenever we got together. He was an avid RPI hockey fan and faithful follower of our Alma Mater, Troy High's sports teams. He alway had a smile or a wisecrack that would make me laugh. We worked together for years at Ford Motor Company in Green Island. I went to school with his beloved wife whom he adored as well as his wonderful children. I will miss seeing you at the games Donny, but I know you will be looking down from above when we win the ECAC and Frozen four in the near future. God bless you and your wonderful family. Herb

Our family lives up the road from where Don lived. Although I didn't know him well, I always enjoyed seeing him sitting out in his chair in the driveway and stopping to chat with him when I went on my walks. He was a very nice man and I will miss seeing him My condolences to his family.

Saddened to get this news as our good friend from RPI Hocky passes. Also worked with Donny at Ford. We will miss him and his keen sense of humor. We are on vacation this week and cannot make the calling or funeral; but he and the family are in our thoughts and prayers. He was a very nice man and father, I am sure!
