Diana 'Didi' Caird Woerner, 75

Saratoga Springs - Diana 'Didi' Caird Woerner, 75, of Lawrence Street died peacefully Saturday, March 28, 2009, surrounded by her family, after a long illness.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Dr. Franklin W.F. Caird and Irene Jackson Caird. She had resided in New Jersey, Arizona, Colorado, California and for the past 10 years in Saratoga Springs and was a Graduate of Emma Willard School and Mary Washington College and earned her Masters in Business Administration from Radcliff College.

Ms. Woerner was employed as the Human Resources Director at Auto Insurance Specialists in Hermosa Beach, CA from 1977-99.

She was a communicant of St. John's Episcopal Church in Troy.

Survivors include two daughters, Carrie Woerner of Round Lake and Stephanie (John) Tobin of Waccbuc, NY; a brother James Farnam (Cindy) Caird of Fort Lauderdale, FL; two sisters, Constance Hyatt and Susan Wilhelm both of Clifton Park; her grandchildren, John, Tess, Willa and Faye Tobin and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 04, 2009 at 3:00 PM at St. John's Episcopal Church 146 First Street Troy with Deacon Sandy Tatem, officiating.

Relatives and friends may call at the CHURCH on Saturday from 2-3 PM prior to the service.

Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery Troy.
