St. Petersburg, Florida - Constance Chaloux Braun, 66, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2003, at her home.

Born in Troy, Mrs. Braun was the daughter of the late Ruth and Lewis Chaloux of Watervliet. She was the devoted wife of the late Julius E. Braun.

Constance graduated from Emma Willard School in Troy and Mildred Elley in Albany. Constance and her late husband moved to Florida 17 years ago where she owned and operated an answering service and secretarial business. Constance was an animal lover, and active in many organizations for the welfare and safety of animals.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands. Contributions in memory of Connie may be made to the Mohawk and Hudson River Humane Society, Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204.
