Carroll P. Langley, 87

Brunswick, NY - Carroll P. Langley, 87, of Country Way died Monday, January 10, 2011, at Samaritan Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Ellsworth, ME, he was son of the late Carroll P. Langley Sr. and Hester M. Spencer Ward and husband since March 30, 1950. for 60 years of Eileen Poppe Langley. He was raised in Ellsworth, Maine and resided in New York State for 16 years then Carmel, Maine and in Brunswick, NY since 2009.

Mr. Langley was a long haul truck driver for 40 years, most recently for Edleman Trucking in Hillsdale, NY. He served in the Army Air Corp at the end of World War II.

Survivors in addition to his wife include a daughter, Catherine Iuliano, Rensselaer; two grandchildren, Jennifer Iuliano Haskins, Pittsfield, MA and Keith Michael Iuliano, Bluffton, SC; four great grandchildren, Brandon James, Jessica Catherine-Noel and Adam Perry Moore and Andrew Martin Haskins; a sister, Margaret Hickson, Augusta, GA and two nieces.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 7:00 PM at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Carroll Langley to the Mohawk and Hudson River Humane Society3 Oakland Avenue Menands, NY 12204
