Carolyn N. Turner, 82

West Sand Lake - Carolyn N. Turner, 82, of Oriole Avenue died Friday, July 01, 2011, at Albany Medical Center Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Watervliet, she was daughter of the late George E. McMann and Jane Williams McMann and wife of 59 years of the late Stanley Turner. She was raised in Watervliet for 20 years and later in Schaghticoke, Oneonta, New Hampshire and the past 20 years in West Sand Lake and was a graduate of Watervliet High School.

Mrs. Turner was employed as a operator for New York Telephone many years ago and a homemaker for many years.

She was a member of Colonie Elks.

Survivors include her son, Keith S. Turner of West Sand Lake, and her grandchildren Sean Michael, Travis Logan, Brainna A., and Mikaela Turner. She was predeceased by her brother George E. McMann Jr.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Tuesday, July 05, 2011 from 4- 7 PM.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 06, 2011 at 10 AM at Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. C. Joseph Ingraham.

Interment will be in Memory Gardens Colonie.
