Bonnie L. Pfeiffer Bauer, 64

Nassau - Bonnie L. Pfeiffer Bauer, 64,of Bullis Way Nassau, died Saturday, August 11, 2007 at Albany Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Clifford Stanley Pfeiffer and May Irene (Wrigley) Pfeiffer.

She was raised in Troy and had resided in Nassau for the past 20 years and was a graduate of Troy High School class of 1961.

Bonnie was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Rensselaer Lodge of Elks and the Pawling Avenue United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a son, Michael F. (Marta) Bauer of Las Vegas, NV; a daughter, Michelle L. (Andrew) Rathbone of Fort Mill, SC; a special friend, Norman Degonzague of Poestenkill; five sisters, Eleanor Seibert of Nassau, Judith Pfeiffer-Stoehr of New York City, Brenda (William) Young of Averill Park, Sharon (Ned) VanDerwerken of Poestenkill and Mary (Richard) Kainer of Poestenkill; her grandchildren, Michael David Bauer, Noah Alexander Bauer, Grace Elizabeth Bauer, Corey Andrew Rathbone and Nathan Aaron Rathbone; several nieces and nephews and her best friend, Pat Fisher of East Greenbush. She was predeceased by a brother, Clifford Stanley Pfeiffer Jr.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy with Rev. Karyl Hopp, officiating.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 6-8 PM.

Interment Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy.
