Beverly V. Snow Hill, 85

West Sand Lake - Beverly V. Snow Hill, 85, of Longview Avenue died Thursday, June 2, 2011, at Berkshire Medical Center Pittsfield after a long illness.

Born in Poultney, VT, she was daughter of the late Carl Snow and Lina Junket Snow and wife of the late Kenneth A. Hill. She was raised in Poultney, Vermont, resided in West Sand Lake, in Albany from 1960-2005 and back to West Sand Lake for several years.

Mrs. Hill was a keypunch operator for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles in Albany for 30 years retiring in 1989.

She was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, the First Church in Albany and an avid bowler in several leagues including the Jet Sets in Albany. She was a volunteer with the Association for the Blind.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Carl Snow Jr. and a sister, Elizabeth Bishop.

Relatives and friends may call at the DeGraaf-Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 4392 Route 150 West Sand Lake on Monday from 10-11AM. Funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery West Sand Lake.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Beverly Hill to the Disabled American Veteran's 761 Third Avenue Troy, NY 12182.
