Anthony Maroncelli, Sr.

Troy - Anthony Maroncelli Sr., 81, of Marvin Avenue died Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at Troy Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing after a long illness.

Born in Troy, he was son of the late Francesco Maroncelli and Viola Crocella Maroncelli and husband of the late Irene Yerdon Maroncelli. He had resided in Poestenkill from 1958-82, then to Tsatsawassa Lake and back to Poestenkill. 

Mr. Maroncelli was employed as a supervisor for Norton Company in Watervliet for 38 1/2 years retiring in1985.   

He was a member of the Army National Guard and enjoyed fishing and hunting.    

Survivors include his children, Rebecca M. Maroncelli, Wynantskill, Mark A. Maroncelli, Saratoga Springs, Regina M. (Daniel) Doak, McKownville, Anthony (Felicia) Maroncelli, Virginia, Michael Maroncelli, Averill Park and Matthew A. Maroncelli, Poestenkill; his grandchildren, Kari, Mariah, Mark Jason, Aubrey, Tiffany, Isabella, Jared, Brianna, Makayla, Nicholas, Clifford and Ethan and a great grandson, Jackson.  He was predeceased by brother, Frank Maroncelli.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc.  276 Pawling AvenueTroy on Sunday, December17, 2017 from 4-7PM. 

Funeral service will be held Monday at 10 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Guy Vozzy, officiating.

Interment will be in  Hillside Cemetery Poestenkill.
