Dear Irene;
My deepest sympathy for for your loss of Alex. I only really had the pleasure of knowing Alex for the past 3 or 4 years while I was a member of The Country Club of Troy and playing golf with Alex occasionally during the week and as a participant with the ROB's. He was a true "gentleman" and I always enjoyed his company. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Erwin

I am so very sorry for your loss. I often think about those years that we all lounged around my parents' pool and what a great treasure it was to have known Alex. His wit and amazing sense of humor kept us all on our toes. Please send my condolences to Peter and Gregory. Yours, Susie

Irene: So very sorry to read of your loss. Alexej certainly led a brave and energetic life. You have much to be proud of and, I trust, many wonderful memories to cherish. Have not seen you in quite a few years, but still think back often to our many meetings, especially the Class and Reunions Committee gatherings by the Heffner "bar".
