Albert Nazarian

Albert Nazarian , 80

Brunswick Albert Nazarian , 80 ,of Derrick Avenue, died suddenly Friday, December 10, 2004 at his residence.

Born in Watervliet, he was the son of the late Dickran Nazarian and the late Vartanoush (Mardigian) Nazarian and husband for 54 years of Ruth A. Egan Nazarian.

He had resided in Watervliet for 40 years and the past 40 years in Brunswick and attended Watervliet Schools.

Mr. Nazarian was an electrical contractor operating Nazarian Electric Inc. for 25 years retiring in 1989.

He was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the Watervliet Lodge of Elks and was an Air Force veteran of World War II.

Survivors in addition to his wife include his twin brother, Robert Nazarian (Trudy) of Wynantskill; his sister, Mary Patoukian (Jack) of Watervliet; two nieces, Diana Lloyd (David) of Wynantskill and Deborah Sawyer (Steven) of Troy, NH; several cousins and grand nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Zevart Mardigian

Funeral service will be held Monday at 10:00 AM at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy and at 10:30 AM at St. Peter Armenian Apostolic Church in Watervliet with Rev. Stepanos Doudoukjian, Pastor, officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Interment Elmwood Hill Cemetery, in Troy.
