Theresa M. Warren Brown, 47

Troy - Theresa M. Warren Brown, 47,of Cheryl Court, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 6, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy after a brief battle, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Troy, she was the devoted and beloved mother of Adam F. Brown and daughter of Charles and Joan (Dean) Warren of Troy.

She had resided in Troy all her life and was a graduate of Troy High School class of '78. Having earned her Bachelor's Degree from the State University of New York at Albany, her Master's from Russell Sage College, she also attended SUNY Oswego where she was an officer of the Alpha Delta Ada sorority.

Terri was employed the past three years, as an Transportation Analyst for the New York State Department of Transportation in Albany and formerly worked at the State Education Department and 17 years for the City of Troy in Public Works and Engineering.

She was a communicant of St. Francis de Sales Church in Troy and was active in the Troy-Albany Youth Hockey Association with her son.

Survivors in addition to her son and parents include a brother, Douglas (Robin) Warren of Mesa, AZ; two sisters, Connie (John) Warren LeBlanc of Jacksonville, Fl and Dawn M. (Christine) Warren of Troy and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a great niece and nephew. She was predeceased by her loving grandparents.

Funeral service will be held Thursday at 9:30 AM at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy and at 10:00 AM at St. Francis de Sales Church Troy Where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Donald Ophals, Pastor.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 4-8 PM.

Interment Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy.
