Shane Robert Folmsbee, 22

Wynantskill - Shane Robert Folmsbee, 22, of Sharpe Road died suddenly Tuesday, July 17, 2012.

Born in Troy, he was son of Roger Folmsbee of Valley Falls and Karen Nolin Folmsbee of Wynantskill. He had resided in Wynantskill all of his life and attended St. Jude's School, LaSalle Institute, and Waterford High School.

Shane was a mechanic for Folmsbee Transportation. He loved fishing, riding motorcycles, guns, and flying remote control airplanes.

Survivors in addition to his parents include two sisters, Tina Foland, Florida and Tammy Folmsbee, Troy; his grandparents Joan and John Malinowski, Waterford; his girlfriend, Crystal Whitney, Poestenkill and his much loved dog, Allie. He was predeceased by his great friend, Jared Brenz.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Friday from 4-8.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Timothy Owens, officiating.

Interment will be in Elmwood Hill Cemetery Troy.
