Sandra A. Missenis Berg, 44

Pittstown - Sandra A. Missenis Berg, 44, of Keefe Road died suddenly Saturday, February 19, 2011, in Pittstown due to an automobile accident.

Born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, she was daughter of Janet Margaret Breen of Lansingburgh ad the late James Missenis and wife of the late Paul J. Berg, who died in June of 2010. She was raised in Lansingburgh and resided in Brunswick and n Pittstown for the last 16 years and was a graduate of St. Augustine's School and Lansingburgh High School.

Sandy was lead machine operator for Norton Company in Watervliet for 17 years before retiring.

She was communicant of St. Augustine's Church in Lansingburgh and taught religious education at the church for many years and was Girl Scout Leader.

Survivors in addition to her parents include a son, Joseph Andrew Domey IV, Green Island; two daughters, Casandra Rose Berg, Pittstown and Jamie (Andy) Sousie; five grandchildren, Hannah and Hailey Domey and Andy, Dylan and Kailee Sousie; a sister, Michelle (Tom) Reed, Pittstown; an aunt, Barbara Kennedy and an uncle, William Breen Jr.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Thursday, February 24, 2011 from 4-7 PM.

Funeral service will be held Friday at 8:45 AM at the funeral home and at 9:30 AM at St. Augustine's Church Lansingburgh where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. James Spenard OSA, Pastor, officiating.

Interment will be in Brookside Cemetery Brunswick.
